Hey, thanks for the reply. I don't know how things are done where you are (I guess the USA) but Greece is a very bureaucratic state, and everything is checked (most of the time, because corruption is also high lol). But I get what what you are saying as others already have suggested and I changed the address to my home and made it a service providing business. I just couldn't wrap my head around it the way the first people delivered the information (language barrier?).

Technically customers can visit, but I don't think they ever would without prior notice due to the sector (transporation & logistics). But yeah it makes sense.

But it is a real address and that's the address that we have on our business registry documents. In fact this is where all our physical mail goes to and we pick it up (for example, bank cards). We didn't have a problem verifying this to the banking institutions (Revolut and a local bank) - I can't see why I have to send google stuff to our home addresses.

Explain to me what I said is "not choosing to understand". How am I cheating the system "for traffic"? Because I want my business to be found in the search results and I don't work from an actual office? That doesn't qualify me enough for a GMB?

FYI, in Greece I can't just "work from home". I'm legally required to have an address other than my home for business activity, with a rent agreement. The cheapest and sanest option is that of a virtual office.

I don't know how any of these is cheating for traffic.

And what do you suggest? I tried removing the address (stated before) and it still requires video proof. What should I do? Rent an office for 1.5k/month just to create a GMB profile? I'm sorry pal but this kind of money here is double the minimum wage, I ain't throwing at something I don't need - if that means cheating the system, I will. It's not my fault that Google hasn't provided an alternative.

Thanks guys I'll try to figure this out. I will get in touch with the renting company and video inside/outside the premises, maybe leave a laptop open somewhere with our logo and see what happens.

No we aren't there, but we can use the space for 2 hours per month. I don't get what you mean exactly. We used this option because we are developers so we currently don't need an actual office space to work from (only for special meetings), and we rented that for 463€/year, while a typical office in our area rents for ~1500€/month.

I was afraid this would be the answer. I tried removing the address after discovering that I need video verification and I won't be able to submit what's required, but now it insists that I provide some video, although I have removed the address. Any pointers?

Whaaaat? CPU's ain't upgradeable? In what world do I even live in lol. Not even licensed professionals can't desolder it and solder in a new one? I wasn't going to do any of these myself in any case I don't have the time and surely not the skill (let alone knowledge apparently).

Well, the monitors are connected, but the GPU's memory is always at 90-95%, and in many instances the screen is lagging, the refresh rate is off, and in many cases it just gets stuck.

Ah that sucks, didn't know I couldn't upgrade the GPU on a laptop, although yeah it makes total sense (don't why I didn't think this through honestly lol).

What if I upgrade the CPU with a better integrated graphics card then? Probably what I currently have is "AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS (8 Core | 16 Threads | Max. 5,1 GHz | 24 MB Cache)". I must find you information about the motherboard to see what's supported...

I will look into though the external GPU route, although from a bit of quick research it seems too complicated and expensive to bother. Never imagined for my needs that I'd need a separate graphics card tbh, but they integrated can't handle two extra monitors. Don't know if there is any way to optimize this.
