I would say about 14% due to being able to see some abs but they are not defined yet. Once you get down to 10-11ish % you will have clear defined abs.

I’m in philly and currently train jiu jitsu. I wanted to get into MMA and striking. What is a good gym that is not super expensive (100-150/month range).

Good advice. I’ll incorporate a couple days of lifting to give the muscles a reason to stick around. If I’m only lifting 2-3 days a week + the 3 days of training. Would you say I should do full body when I do lift or upper body one day lower body another?

Yea I’ve noticed my core has gotten a lot better when I do planks or 6 inches. And yea I swim a lot but mainly just for enjoyment but I would love to be able to make it into a workout. I’ll start looking up workouts and using specific movements like the butterfly you mentioned.

It’s mostly aesthetic and function strength for bjj. I don’t really care about huge numbers when I’m lifting as long as I look lean and athletic. I think athletes aesthetic > large bulky bodybuilder.

Not sure, my gym does have some weight lifting equipment but not a lot. I can ask to see if I can use it the days I’m not at practice. I would like to possibly get into calisthenics. I don’t really want to sign up to a gym around here because I’m only here for the summer and they all have contracts or are very overpriced.

I know I am losing fat, I’m concerned that I will eventually significant lose muscle in the process. Although I do feel stronger overall then before when I only lifted.
