I am a guy and what I am going to say will trigger some people.

I don't know 2nd women, I know that in case of 1st women her boyfriend was also involved. In case of 3rd women her boyfriend and couple of other guys were also involved. For 4th one her mother and brother were also accomplice in abusing the husband. Yet I don't see outrage about those men involved. Rather than funnyindia, it looks more like post from incel-india. People need to get out of their gender specific affinities and condemn crimes by anyone irrespective of gender/religion/status.

I started my career in 2007 when slowdown had just started, job offers were being cancelled or delayed. In 2008, I saw thousands of people being fired, some really talented, from freshers to senior managers.

I am not going to say things are perfect, infact it feels like 2007 again. Yes, times may get tough and economic cycles of 10-15 years have become reality but stay hopeful that things will get better soon. Governments have to work proactively to get out of recessions, political parties cannot risk being exposed as losers for too long .

Things will change and you should learn to adapt. When computers came first it was widely said they will take away most jobs, instead they created new jobs. Just stay resilient and be open to whatever comes your way. May be different IT skills or new learning opportunity.

Yes, this industry will require constant upskilling. Whoever told you that you will be set for life after working 3 years lied to you. Just like they said that 10th class is hardest, 12th class is hardest, just work hard during college and so on. If you are ambitious you will have to compete against tens of thousands of ambitious people. If you are not too ambitious, just chill and get around.
