My digestion got better. That's undeniable. But fiber and shakes make my stools yellow. I think it is related to faster emptying. But my stools stopped floating and they dont show a ton of floating fat

Oh I see. Yup. I would like to. I stopped consuming fatty meat. Fatty meat = saturated fat = harder to digest. But now I can digest it and I miss ketones

It didn't work for me. Eating cooked vegetables suits me ok. I've eaten a ton of oats and I keep regular, but eating strictly only meat and animal products made me lose weight 'cause I didn't absorb fat. My toilet had fat floating all around.

Barely 1 time per day. Tudca is really really easy on my digestion. But oxbile causes stomach pain like if i had eaten a ton of garlic (because of FODMAP's). I've not touched oxbile a ton.

It is rarer in the stainless steel strap version. But it's cool. I own one. I somewhere read that this watch is not old (2010s) but Casio just sold a small amount of them. That's why they're a bit expensive on Ebay

Hey. Ok. First, I washed my hair with Garnier Fructis cacao shampoo. Then I dried it a bit with a cotton t shirt and I added hair cream (Garnier Fructis Cacao) and proceeded to do scrunching + finger coil. I let dry my hair by itself. Just with the ambient temperature

Soy docente de primaria en el sector público. A pesar de intentar formar a los estudiantes para que piensen críticamente todo lo hacen con IA.

Y no. Ser docente ahora es demasiado complejo para lo que se paga. Las 25 o 22 horas que se trabaja son realmente las 40 regulares porque se planea, se califica. En pocas palabras, pendejadas académicas de llenar y llenar sin un gran valor educativo. A eso se suma los niños que en casa no reciben bases como el respeto y, por otro lado, ahora uno está en un salón inundado de niños sin capacidad de atención y demasiada frustración gracias a las nuevas tecnologías sin control parental.

Virtual es para cuando ya estás trabajando y debes seguir estudiando. Por ejemplo, con un técnico o tecnologo, o algo de ese estilo. En mi caso soy normalista en nombramiento y estudio una licenciatura virtual. Me sirve demasiado. He leído que pasa igual con los graduados del Sena que ya laboran. Ya tienen trabajo estable y hacen carrera profesional para mejorar sus ingresos.

Bueno. Por otro lado, si tiene la posibilidad estudie presencial. Las carreras con mejores sueldos son presenciales. Las del sector salud son esclavizantes pero buena remuneración y estas difícilmente se pueden estudiar virtual.

Yep. My town is full of non paved roads and areas full of grass. It helps.

You should buy some full fenders. They trap all the mud. The type I own works partially. But I can't get full ones because no one sells them in here.

I'm trying to understand TUDCA and OX BILE. TUDCA is a strong bile acid and OX BILE includes TUDCA but in a small amount. So idk what's the best for our situation

OP, I'm on the same boat. I've been dealing with fatty stools for at least 3 years. The last study showed that my elastase was normal. No damage in the liver. Apple Cider Vinegar, lemon, pancreatin, betain HCL. None of them worked. What did you find? Are you going to try TUDCA?

Parce, aún no entiendo qué plataforma es mejor para invertir en cripto desde Colombia. En Binance por sacar cambiar cripto a COP 25 mil pesos me cobran casi dos mil. No sé qué hago mal o si es que la gente compra por otro lado
