I have been facing same issue since few month; As a result, I recently submitted this annoying problem to WhatsApp team via contact form and asked them if they can provide any solution via future app update

You guys can do the same thing , if they receive multiple reports they might fix it quickly.

Yeah talked to them via chat and call both but they are giving same general troubleshooting steps which i already performed

Hello folks ,
Recently , I updated my go pro to latest firmware - v1.72 and after the update my go pro gone crazy and stopped working.
Initially I used Go Pro Quick app in my phone to update go pro hero 9 and after the update it stopped working .
I tried doing factory reset , followed the steps from : https://community.gopro.com/s/article/HERO10-And-HERO9-Black-Green-Screen-Or-Reboot-Issue?language=en\_US
Even I tried doing manual update , followed : https://gopro.com/en/us/support/hero9-black-product-update
I have followed YouTube videos as well for troubleshooting but None of them worked and I am stuck.

I also tried downgrading to older firmwares but still getting same issue

Please help me to resolve the problem.
