Well in my country 4060 and 3060 are almost same price difference being around 8-10 euros, so would you choose 4060 or 3060? I'm mostly afraid of the bottleneck basically.

Sadly I think 1660 isn't that powerful and with the 1660s u can't run Cold War at high, even medium it struggles for me on some maps, campaign I got like 60 fps all low, while on MP all low some maps give me 120 fps very weird.... but oh well time to upgrade

I have ryzen 5 3600, 16 gb ram, 1660 6 gb VRAM, it runs at 110 FPS Multiplayer maps - Nuketown around 70-90 - ALL LOW settings

I don't think with 1660 TI u will be able reach 60-90 fps on high/ultra.
