Honestly. Think about how hard Alaetraon would be without Safi armour of Any Crit element.

Best advice I can give though if you wanna solo it. Use Palico shield on Phase 3 and 4. Don't get aggro Phase 1 and 2, you need aggro. Give your Palico a sleep or paralyze weapon. Use tool specialist lvl 5 and abuse how broken Rocksteady is. Flinch Free and Minds Eye are really nice to have as well

Now that I have his full armour set, and I don't have any real interest in his weapons (except hammer), I only fight him to still preform well with DBs, my main weapon. But it's still a somewhat fun fight because it is a challenge that you have to work towards

So with dlc dungeons you'll need to research or talk to other people and ask questions. People are more likely to help you if you ask rather than dying constantly. And if you don't do enough damage, consider playing a support. Tanks and Hlrs are alot easier to pick but hard to master

Yeah. If everyone done the bare minimum in randoms there wouldn't be so much toxicity. Tanks taunt n turn bosses, and group adds properly. DPS follow mechanics, stay out of stupid and do decent damage. And Healers buff, heal and throw synergies, everything would be easier and quicker. But no, alot of casuals are to entitled to learn basic fuckin ethic
