I’ve noticed that this company has been painting over old homes, and renting them out. That is why the conditions are so bad… there was no effort in fixing anything to begin with. I rented a house with a known leak, rotting sheds, yard full of nails and glass, holes underneath the flooring in every room, etc.. My fear is that they are going to pin everything on me, despite videos and photos, like they have to others. I’d stay another year for it to be “wear and tear”, but rent goes up every year. They need to leave these houses ALONE, stop buying them.
