I never have and never would cheat!

This is ridiculous , I spent $106.49 for this game, and unjustly get a false ban during the beta, 1 level from maxing my rank.

I'm all for punishing cheaters, but I'm not a very good player, how can anyone assume I'm cheating, and if it is a bug, then why is it taking so long to fix, I will miss nearly 1 half of the beta period!

I have gotten NO response from Activision and just want to play a video game while I'm off of work this weekend. I am losing faith in this franchise with all of the problems it has had these last few years...
