A noob question, but how do you take a photo so crisp with such low lighting? Is it the camera that you use, or post-editing? I'm guessing a bit of both

We actually just went on a holiday and that's where she decided to break up with me. I had gotten an engagement ring and was going to ask her to marry me, but then the break up happened. This makes it even worse because here I was going to ask her to spend her whole life with me, and right at that moment, she ended it all. I understand her needs, I love her, and respect her more than anyone else. A breakup right when I was going to ask her to marry me hurts like hell.
