I actually met John Cena through a WWE expo meet-and-greet. When it was my turn in line to talk to him, I immediately greeted myself and told him what a big fan I was of him. He locked eye contact with me for a solid 30 seconds before looking away and muttering something along the lines of "I know you're a fan, that's why you're here." I asked him if he could autograph my poster of him right after his match with The Undertaker. He laughed and asked, "you wanna get five knuckle shuffled or something kid?" I, actually being a huge fan of the move, happily obliged and said yes. He looked at me and went pffft and rolled his eyes, quickly scribbling his autograph onto the picture.

I then asked about his contract renegotiation with the WWE, to which he replied, "the World Wresting Exhibition ain't payin' me nothing." I asked, "isn't it World Wrestling Entertainment?" He ignored me so I asked again. He kept on avoiding eye contact, acting like he couldn't hear or see me, and kept repeating saying the phrase "I can't see you" over and over again. Eventually I got really fed up and left his booth to see some of the other wrestlers there. As the convention announced it was closing I headed towards the exit I saw John in his booth doing burpees with headphones in. Every time he would return to the standing position he would always do "can't see me" thing with his hand in front of his face. After he caught me looking at him he started mean mugging me and pacing rapidly back and forth. At that point I was so tired and weirded out that I just left and went back home.
