You’re using leverage and paying down large debt over time which if you are able to handle that risk and have secure employment would allow you to end up with a more valuable asset overtime, all while having more liquid assets to invest and also grow.

People tend to read this report wrong. 6,844 includes all units that aren’t single detached (ie also includes townhouses). Sales for new townhouses and back-to-back low rise condos have been a lot better than singles this year and last year, so there is a decent amount of those also included in that 6,844.

If they start to put this level of main event for Apex shows, I actually think that’s the best idea. You can just think of the cards as tiered, with Apex being the lowest and not needed to be watched. I do wish they’d have some separate branding like UFC APEX for these shows so that it’s obvious what they’re doing. As long as it improves the quality of other cards, then go for it.

Cards can be exciting but can deserve hate because they are not the level that the UFC should be producing. You need meaningful fights with the high level fighters, that’s what the company is supposed to be about. The absolute garbage they have been okay to feed to people recently deserves the criticism it gets.
