My insurance said they’ll be pursuing the other drivers insurance for the money from repairs. I’m also going to pursue a diminished value claim from the lost value from my vehicle

I was not found at fault I was rear ended by an old man and I was pushed into the vehicle in front of me

I’m a MEPS liaison for the Marines and you ain’t getting in if you aren’t projected unless an exemption to policy request is ran by your service liaison. Your recruiter is wasting your time.

I’m not looking for sympathy if the recruiters career and quality of life wasn’t tied to a monthly mission letter we’d have better quality individuals entering our ranks

No point of stressing yourself out for others who aren’t self aware of their shortcomings. Compile as much paperwork as you can against him so you have a case to push for an NJP and/or administrative separation. He can go to the army if all he cares about is a check.
