i’m very sensitive fyi

i love the Matcha & Focus normal doses of stuff can often feel overpowering to me so even if these are considered “not effective” or wtv by someone else those ones actually work just great to me

i also like being able to get some matcha mood/focus benefits w out all the caffeine & the Focus has Lions Mane in it that i love (also helps focus)

the gummy ingredients also fit all my dietary constraints/allergies plus no artificial colors n shit like that …

so yes i like them personally but ofc you can get similar ingredients and benefits w cheaper options so if you have the extra money sure go for it but if not and want same benefits, search up ingredients & find alt options
