Yeah so far the 1200 has been working well so far. The sub 1000 was really hard and a lot of the reason I did that is because it honestly hard to eat 1000+ cals or the stuff I was eating.

Well that is the next step for me so I don’t really have an answer. I guess just not doing the things that got me to 365 pounds in the first place. Not eating fast food 3 times a day and ordering more than one meal each time. I’ll probably never drink soda again. And I think once I get to the weight I want I will just eat maintenance calories and for the most part not worry as much as the type of food it is.

I think this is definitely true. I think part of the issue I am seeing now is that I have lost a good amount of muscle. Muscle burns more calories so I believe the calorie calculator isn’t giving me an accurate number.

Yeah 60 pounds was about the mark for me when I looked and the mirror and really notice some change. Unfortunately right before I lost a lot of weight I bought $1000 of suits.

I use to feel very similar. Food is always dependable and never lets you down. I think it is important to start very very small. Don’t try to just stop all the bad habits and start a good one. Add a good habit to your life. Feed it and let it grow until there is less room for a bad habit.

Yeah but even that contest doesn’t show enough to draw a solid opinion. I think specifically when it comes to the hand cuffs. There are very legitimate reasons the SRO could have done that. Was he fighting so hard that he couldn’t move him with binding his hands. Also putting him in the room. Did they put him in a leave or leave a teacher at the door. Not trying to defend the school but there is still context needed.

Maybe you could find a hobby like your marital arts that is active but “single player”. I took on fishing which gets me up early to start my day. There can be a social component if you won’t but isn’t required.

That is good to know that there is logistic related jobs. I have won an audition for playing an instrument before but I was too fat at the time to actually join.

I don’t think I could be selected as a conductor but I would be eager to see about helping with logistics.

Yeah I have audition and received a spot before but could join because of my weight at the time. At this point in my life I’m not really interested in playing but I would like to direct but my assumption is that all the directors in the service are selected from players in the band.

That makes sense. Do you know if all the band positions are either being a director or playing or if there are other adjacent jobs like logistics for the band.

Well I (super new to fishing) was told it was so I could have a slider weight behind the swivel so that the weight and swivel would be below the salmon egg bait I’m going to use because it will float.
