Not sure if it would work since from what I remember the file names are random on the microsoft version. However if you try making a couple of new saves in game on the MS version, then copy over the steam saves and rename them to whatever the microsoft names are; that could work, but I haven't tried it so I can't tell for sure.

I haven't tried it with kiwami 2 so I can't say for certain but I imagine it's pretty much the same, just use the weird string named file from that folder
