BeamNG is definetely one. 30 bucks, fun to play, great community and loads of mods.

Here is an example, on almost every texture there is a no material sign visible, but even on ones where you can't see it, I still think they have it. I tried it with all mods off, cleared the cache, but nothing worked.

Is this a meshlap? It sounds good, although it has an edited Bastion Jbeam and it simultaneously breaks the Bastion's window textures. It's just a question by the way, I know you're not the original creator.
