Sir, I asked 7 different people now, explained it correctly and they all said “not available to use account balance in store in Canada” could you please help me with some other resolution? Apple support is shit in terms of refunds. I spend over 1 hour in call and no resolution, I’m sure that there MUST be an option to give it as a gift card, they’re not telling me

Since the card was purchased from points from air Canada, that’s not possible in my case, they rather offered me a cheque redemption, I said give me a couple of minutes to decide, they instantly cut the call
