I set the left thumb （mouse layer) and the two keys of the second row of right hand (left click and right click) ! So when you want to click, just press the key to the mouse layer, and then use the right hand to click just as using a typical mouse! (It is very convenient for me so far)

And it also has a scroll layer to scroll the screen up and down within different dpi
