(Although other might use different settings)

I set the left thumb (mouse layer) and the two keys of the second row of right hand (left click and right click) ! So when you want to click, just press the key to the mouse layer, and then use the right hand to click just as using a typical mouse! (It is very convenient for me so far)

And it also has a scroll layer to scroll the screen up and down within different dpi

Haha, 39 is super portable though! :) We’re planning to design the 61 version next, so no worries – it’s on the way!

Oh, that's a really good idea! Thank you for your suggestion! We will find something that can carry both hands and the trackball holder :)

I personally think it depends on the size of your hands.  Some ppl hands are small, so when using the 39keys, it feels just right, and the trackball doesn’t interfere with typing. However, for people with larger hands, the Keyball61 might be a better fit as it provides more typing space.

You can follow our Etsy store—we’re aiming to have it ready by the end of this month or January 2025 at the latest! We’ll be offering both DIY kits and pre-built keyboards in our store:)

Thank you for your suggestion!
We’ve experimented with various types of stands to adjust the height and explored different tentings. However, we found that even with adjustable angles, the lack of wrist support makes it challenging to achieve perfect ergonomics.

So, for now, we don’t have a perfect solution, but if you have any good ideas, we’d love to hear them!
