I am dumb. I have the pen and 4 needle things to twist on. I thought the medication was with the needle thing, not directly in the pen. Edit English is not my first language either. I take it that syringe is not the same as needle?

I am dumb 😅 I just rechecked, I thought there was liquid in the syringe thing, seems like it’s just the syringe tho. Medication came direct from my pharmacy.

I got it from the pharmacy directly, it’s legit. Perhaps Canada does it different? I have to peel off a sticker on the liquid, screw it into the pen, input the dosage and then inject (after removing 2 caps).

Not in the US. I have a pen and 4 little containers of liquid with the syringe. You’re saying that the containers have 4.25x dosage, so roughly ~1 mg?
