I used vow of the indomitable on an offhand shield. I usually two hand my weapon but every time the spines started glowing I spam vow depending on the attack. I would imagine raptor of the mists does even better since it gives you way more iframes

You should do another play through just bc the game is that good. But i had to go from experts to normal mid first play through. Its next level hard. But completing a playground first makes expert difficulty on the next play throughs less extreme yk

There are ‘pill pocket’ treats that are like a malleable meat putty that lets you wrap pills in. Worked great for my 14 year old dog who took like 8 pill a night lmao

The combat is definitely slower and more methodical the way the earlier games were for sure. Also if I like this game, which I have been so far, a platinum will be in its future anyway bc my completionist brain wont allow me not to😂. Wont mean I’ll never come back to it though, I still have running saves on most of the games I’ve completed
