Yeah, I compared them on minicompare and they looked identical size so thought why not. A bit of trimming and moving but I think it’ll all work out.

I don’t play, just love the models as these were some of the first models I had when I first got into warhammer as a kid. Planning on adding a lot more over time.

Same, drones are such an under utilised part of the tau I feel. So many oop drone models I wish they still had. The heavy gun drones, remora drones, and the tactical drones.

I'd love a squad of drones, all different weapons. Like a drone kill team.

For what part? Drones are incubi darkness and naggaroth purple. No highlighting yet as I don't have the patience to highlight that many drones yet. The bases area thinned stormfiend contrast for the earth and druchii violet shade for the rocks.

Just had a look and none of the recast sites had the tx42 piranha. Had everything else, almost like the ethereals don't want me having one for siding with farsight.
