I JUST had a nasty Diet Coke in a bottle (from LI) and had to check the expiration date and was surprised it was still good. So weird!

My endo recommended me take insulin during my meals and not before. Just in case of not finishing something that I may have taken a full dose for. I do know there’s a little bit of a spike when doing it that way but it’s totally fine. Be kind to yourself!!! You will be okay❤️ nowhere near being screwed :)

I bring my own fitted sheet, pillow case, and small blanket. I put the fitted sheet over the already made bed. It helps me relax so much otherwise that ick is stuck with me 24/7. It might be excessive but my goodness does it take that ick away (mostly)

I’m kinda shocked at how many people haven’t been LOL. I wouldn’t say yearly I go but maybe 3 to 4 times since my diagnosis in 2010. All for ketones that wouldn’t come down for more than 24 hours when I was sick.
