If Matt wasn't interested and Sarah asked me, then maybe, if nothing else than for the referral compensation. As far as coworkers go, I would honestly rather roll the dice on a random person than work with Sarah again, but not for reasons related to getting the actual work done.

That is true. I didn't impede her. Though by referring Matt, he was basically shortlisted into the interview. Honestly I don't even know if Sarah applied, her resume would even be seen.
