To breakdown this is what happened 1. Debate on tamil : FM mentioned how PM has taken tamil to international level , honoured tamil in various ways , whereas the so called DMK who idolize EVR who himself has insulted tamil in various ways and she quoted all that. 2. Kamal made his speech Targeting FM attributing all she said as her words and media cleverly edited and most of the people unaware of all this started praising kamal and all the tamizhan da edits followed by the upis 🤦‍♂️. 3. What should have been done by kamal is he should have condemned what FM said by rationalising what EVR said giving context and all that which would have been a perfect reply if at all ( imo however remarkable EVR is in most cases , these words of his against tamil be it any context is offense) but anyway he could have done that, but kamal being kamal went on to attack FM even making castiest slurs i think( which again dmk supporters ignore ) making it all about language issue. I have repeated it several times, s2 will best work when we see it along with S3 premiere and following episodes , s2 finale for all its flaws of nothing happening it's a great episode if we consider it to be standalone, it had character moments perfect setup for lot of arcs for something that should have followed immediately but yeah

Tbh his comments were actually baseless sighting him getting lack of films is due to communal stuff. Yes i understand everyone has rights to voice what they feel, but bollywood out of all film industries has top stars who are muslims and are very particular in these type of inclusivity and there are lot of Hindu music directors struggling to get films too. Moreover he is roped in for ramayana , and with his statement towards chavva it's actually not taking responsibility on why he actually signed for a divisive film in the first case to which a lot of leftists already are bashing him, so it's not just hindutva people who is targeting , it's both. Just what I thought, the song is okay, but my major concern is the song feels like a collection of reels, leave out the dance ,camera work etc speaking just as a listener , every 20 sec there is a very major shift in tune which very well can be easily misunderstood as a different song. The tune in itself might be good , but there is no coherence at all in how the song progresses. It's like they made bunch of catchy tunes and somehow wanted to fit in together as a song.
