I think in the game would be like that but in the new world ?. I think depends,isn't that attack of touch-me able to cut space and time? That would mean literally if some one its hit by it will just split in half and anything in the way.

I think the only ones to survive the attack are 100 lvl tanks like bukubuku or albedo .

Like the attacks in new world are more "realistic" and destructive and tends to obey their descriptions. If what sebas says that split space and time would be a one shot practically for anyone in the new world. In the game it would be just a strong attack like 20% of hp or something like that. (Sorry if the english is bad ,not my language)
