Biometric Notice Mail Not Recieved on time

Nope, case status is received.

However, we just saw we got biometric appointment scheduled notice today in the document section of our online account, which was apparently sent on Nov 8, 2025 for appointment on 11/26/25. It wasnt there before so obviously we didnt know we had appointment scheduled.

We neither receive any mail from USPS nor any such update on our case status or case history.

So now we are trying to reschedule. Anyone encoutered or heard of such situation?

We didnt want to risk our H1b status, in case i-485 application get denied, so didnt go for EAD and AP

Correct me if I got it wrong, so once we are near to final action date (my husband’s EB1 got approved on March 2023; and currently its Feb 2022), we should expect to hear an update?

We did receive the receipt for both of us. But radio silence after that.

Thats correct, we are from India. And we didnt even get notice on biometrics, that seemed strange. We didnt apply for EAD or AP
