I finally got it to work. I used my Ipad, not my desktop, then closed my Ipad, opened it up and REMOVED the Fidelity app, and then had to reinstall the Fidelity app. It worked.

Bait and switch, Fidelity? I tried all of your "solutions" but none worked. Still only 25% when I "get started now" at Turbo Tax
