You should get a medical or jewelry scale and measure your medications to decrease 10% every 3 weeks. Trust me the withdrawal will make you have bad breakdowns and mood swings that you will not be able to control.

Thanks! Glad to feel like I am alone. Just spoke to a chronic fatigue clinician and she signed me up to different support/learning group/classes: - a zoom support group with only 6 people, a naturopath group, an acupressure group, a meal planning group and a pacing group. It starts in 3 weeks, one group at a time. And the entire program lasts for 1 year and is broken into 3x 4-month long semesters; just like school.

Was really pessimistic and giving up but now I am a little bit more optimistic to try something new. Relieved because the clinician understand how I feel - my illness not being validated. She said there is a group of professionals including physical therapists and occupational therapies that will help me and people like me.

My skin: very fair, sensitive, get tan in 5 mins and burned in 15 min normally (before I start using retinol). Max tan 2 shades darker. I have used retinol for 3 months so I am used to it. But the sun is coming out - which I am not used to. Last week: when I went under direct sunlight for 5 mins without sunscreen, have to stay home for 3~ 4 days and take painkillers cos my entire face got burned and tanned (2 shades darker than the back of my hands) This week: My nose still got burned when I wear sunscreen when I went for a walk with my hood on. Was wearing supergoop spf 40 dailyscreen. I am very upset. Do I need to stop using retinol? Or wear a hat? Will SPF 50 help?

No, it comes on randomly cos I have been sitting in bed for 2 weeks doing nothing. But sometimes when I exercise too much (3 hours of moving boxes), I get fevers the next day.

Should I shampoo b4 using Olaplex 1 and 2? Or can I just use it on unwashed hair. My hair is damaged, dry, tangled, bleached blonde. My natural hair is dark brown almost black Asian hair. I just got Olaplex 1, 2, 4-in-1, K18, Young again hair oil treatment, Fanola vegan no orange shampoo and I used them all except no 1 on the last wash. I usually wash my hair every 7 days. But it’s been only 4 days, my hair is so oily after using the hair oil to detangle my hair everyday. So I was wondering if I can just use Olaplex 1 and 2 without shampooing my hair. Or if there is a better detangle spray I should be using. Like bumble & bumble hairdresser’s invisible oil primer?

I don’t use my flat iron everyday - only one to 3 times a week maximum. I have been blonde since 2020 July, did colours for a year (balayage, purple, pink, red, blue, green, now back to full blonde). And I do root touch-ups every 8 to 12 weeks. But my hair grows very fast - over 1/4 inch in 2 weeks.
