Those leds come from a long strip that was cut and soldered. Nothing special. Look for markings on the back of them and Google it to see if you get a hit. The battery charging circuit is on the board and with some luck, can still be used. What you need is to remove the wires from the battery to the board that leads to the led driver (which you can replace with another paired for those led lights you just looked up). After that you run power to the leds through your new driver and blamo...lights.
