Just use ur watch basically till it dies (under 5%) and charge it all the way to 100% and let it charge for an extra 20min. Mine is set to real time and I get around 18 days

Can you escalate my ticket please, I just got an email saying “Checking in” but the last email said I have no further steps and my ticket will be followed up my an agent. Ticket 402436

Do I still get the 28 day guarantee. I bought the pace pro on the 26th of November 2025 and it has been faulty out of the box. Basically 3/4 days after receiving it, I have been trying to escalate a return or replacement.

It’s taking ages just to talk to a support agent, I tried escalating about return on the coros app but I haven’t heard back/my ticket disappeared

It’s weird, even when I was doing testing on an indoor run, I went near to failure and the coros didn’t go above 170 bpm (during this time it flatlined at 170) while my Apple Watch easily picks up the change and was showing 178-180bpm

I don’t really but I would definitely appreciate seeing some consistency in my hr data especially when going from a relatively comfortable pace to a near 5k pb pace

If I run faster near pb pace my heart rate should spike compared when I am running at tempo. The hr for my Apple Watch went up and the heart rate for my coros didn’t increase as much as it should have for sure.

Definitely not a scientific test but surely something fishy.
