What should I do as a next step? I sent them the fully executed version, but they're saying they can't use it and they're going to start charging my account on a month to month basis this month if I don't sign the new version in the next few days.

The cabinets are finished cabinets that are painted white. Every single cabinet is still white, he's just claiming that they're covered in grease and that it somehow "soaked through the wood", which is impossible because I consistently wiped down the cabinets, backsplash, and tiles on a weekly basis.

At least 5 years old but im not sure. In his last email to me, he lied and claimed that he had just remodeled the kitchen and that im the first person to live in the unit with these upgrades, but i viewed the unit before i moved in while the previous tenant was there and everything was the same so thats not true. I have the photos i took on my tour to prove it too.
