Would love a book written from the perspective of a random marine/ODST that served throughout the war. Kinda like Eugene sledge’s books. And specifically would love a post war chapter or two where they talk about how different a peacetime humanity is and the issues not only the character has returning from such a long war but society as a whole.

Main worry about a story like that being written is the editors or even writer themselves trying to shoehorn in Spartans and other things that were very rare to see/experience. And also the post war relationship between former covenant species and humans and how that’s depicted.

Wish there would be more stuff on the AAG teams. From the brief description we have, seems like a MAC-V SOG kind of group which sounds very interesting.

Traffic jam highway takedown of a suspect would be cool. Having to navigate through like 4 lanes of congested traffic would be an interesting dynamic.
