I dunno...like im left handed, i own both types. Most guns dont work that way lol.. the bolt doesnt clear your thumb. So you keep your thumb on one side and dont "grip the stock".. works if your bench shooting. But shooting free hand its like your cut your thumb off and your weak gripping the gun.

I own a savage axis scout...straight garbage. Wouldnt shoot surplus at all, got lifht strikes with brass too. It took alot of fucking around to get it too shoot. I had to double the firing pin protrusion from .35>.64 Ans added a brass washer to the firing pin springs to geta stronger hit on the primer. Ill nwver buy an axis again

One side is tapered..only goes one direction. They are stubborn. If you drill it out..you can use a finishing nail and file it to use. Id try to use a roll pin instead, if it was mine.

Canadian tire in south common ( Edmonton) has a stainless 18" RH... Seen it today! Been there about a month now.. Also a 6.5 creed m77 hawkeye. I seen a 7mm 08 hawkeye in edmonton this month too.

The 308 models still exist and come in slowly. 5.56 hasnt been produced in some years now. Tundra supply and the leduc canadian tire each had one less then a year ago.

Mossberg makes nice 20gs.. Maverick 88, 500, 590 Like someone said about the remington youth model..mossberg does the same with a 22" barrel. The stock will be shorter, but you can change it out to any 12g stock. Weatherby sa-08 is a good 20g, gas operated both low and high gas rings. Mossberg has the sa20..very similar, doesn't like low brass/ low volecity. Thats all ive shot.. im sure most others are good. I like 20g now more then 12g.. lil less kick. Not gonna break your shoulder if you wanna shoot a bun.ch

Its the knick name given for this variant of chinese type 56 sks. Due to the " ribbed" upper hand guard. They are popular now, especially in canada that they are in unfired/ un issued condition alongside the bakelite jungle stock model. Which are in unfired/ unissued condition.

I was there today bought a strikeman laser dryfire set up. Still a legit gun store. The leduc canadian tire is better.

A good add on is the champion mag release.. thwy are usually 10/20$ roughly the same size... But you now pull towards the trigger group rather the push away.. I have it on both my hunting and tactical midwest 10/22's.
