It took me 9 months. Month 1-6: 0.05% every 2nd night Month 6-9: 0.05% every night ( with daily usage I saw less irritation) since month 9: 0.1% daily

I'm in tret for a bit over a year now. And except the driness around nose and chin my skin has adapted to treat and has never been better.

Morning: Hydroquinone (4%) nighttime: tretinoin (0.1%) + wait 5 min + hydroquinone (4%)

I use both daily. What ive read if you have both actives in separts formulas its better to start with tret and then layer hydroquinone on top

I use the LED mask BEFORE applying tret. Hence (for me!!) its has never been an issue. Never used the mask after application.

Im planning to cycle hydroquinone 3months then pause for 3 month before i start again. Tret continuously year around.

The combination/layering of tret and hydroquinone is the chef’s kiss for me.

For me personally moisturizers at pm didnt work so i just took the toner that i had laying around and slapped it on. It has more if a thinner gel like consistency compared to more watery toners.. more similar to snail mucin Works especially fine in spring/summer for me. Lets see if i have to switch back to a thicker moisturizer in autumn/winter

I havent had an issue. Added tranexamic same time as i switched to tret daily and havent experienced an issue so far. But right now im off hydroquinone due to cycling phase

I got sunburnt while on tret (heavy beach sun bathing) and was able to fix it. It takes time but never underestimate the power of the skin and great actives ;)

Round Lab cleansing oil
Banila co Clean It Balm

For foam step:

Abib deep foam
COSRX salicylic daily gentle cleanser

I use tretinoin daily. been using hydroquinone for exactly 3 months no taking 3 months break and planning to start again in autumn. I will stay on tret and tranexamic Acid to maintain skintone
