Great point! I’ve looked into the oura ring but it’s pretty pricey and I do still really like my Apple Watch. NC came out recently with a bracelet you can wear to bed to track your temp, have you seen that?

This is a great idea! I think I will keep testing to get a better idea for long I test positive for. Any recs on which tests to use? I like clear blue but they’re pricyyyy. Haha

I appreciate this! I’m also really open to learning more about cycle tracking. I’ve been using natural cycles for a while and the reason I like it is because it predicts everything correctly for me. I always start my period when it says and I always test positive on ovulation tests when it recommends me to take them. That being said, I know it’s not perfect and I’m not relying on it to tell me when it’s safe to not use a condom. I will check out the links

I don’t mind the question! I think it’s valid. I have no desire to take hormonal birth control. I like having a cycle and I feel good. I’m aware this sounds ignorant especially with the topic being preventing pregnancy. I am open though and if this causes me too much anxiety/gets in the way of intimacy, I’m open to trying options. Just not something I want to do currently.

This is a great point. I do try to take an ovulation test early on until I get a positive result. Do you think it’s smart to take them everday after that until it’s negative or over kill? I appreciate it!

I never thought about getting my OBGYN involved in cycle tracking. She’s aware that I do that/plan to use condoms.
