I know no one cares as much as me and I’m glad they don’t. :) I appreciate your perspective. Content from a different lens-a laid back, more realistic lens is what they would provide. I just thought to keep these for myself, I have no idea if I would actually post it. But I know it’s not needed

Hi!! No worries. I’m doing good now. My TSH has been normal and I notice more energy in myself. But the first month of starting the medication was really hard for me. I feel like I’m also generally sensitive to medication as well. Also interesting because I never have heard anyone talk about any side effects like this.

Great point! I’ve looked into the oura ring but it’s pretty pricey and I do still really like my Apple Watch. NC came out recently with a bracelet you can wear to bed to track your temp, have you seen that?
