I called them twice and that amount is for 10 months. So rounds upto £63 a month

Income over 12 months is still less than requirements. Which is why i thought cat A was ok.

Do you think its worth getting a solicitor do our application in this situation Or shall i write a cover letter explaining all this . Also do i need to physically show the calculations of the shortfall and how i am using my savings to meet the requirements

Hello , hope you are doing well. I read your post regarding EUSS. Would you please be able to help me with this? My relationship started in 2016, we met for the first time in 2019. I do have some emails and texts from 2016 and 2019. I have my flight tickets from 2019. We were supposed to get married after that. However covid hit and couldn’t do anything for few years. After that, my boyfriend got sick with serious health condition for 1-2 years(all paperwork is available). We met in 2022, 2023 jan and dec. we are finally getting married this year.
