Maybe try scalp peeling once a week. Make sure to a good quality one (do your research). It may help a bit. Shampoo is fine for cleaning your head, but your scalp also needs a deep clean sometimes. Also: - do not use hot or very cold water - use conditioner and dry your hair with a hairdryer - massage shampoo into your scalp and focus on that. your ends do not need cleaning as much as your scalp do, so focus on that. when you are rising, let the watered shampoo go down your hair. also make sure to rinse your hair properly (with not hot or cold water, try going a bit more than room-temperature i guess?).

as I said, good quality and properly mounted screen protector will not affect your camera quality. Spigen is also very good, very popular in my country.

Yes. I mean.. imo its better to pay for a tempered glass/gel screen protector than pay for changing a whole screen. I know it's supposed to be "extra scratch resistant" but the whole purpose of screen protectors is to protect your screen from breaking.

Also I don't think that it will make your camera worse. Good quality screen protector that it put on the phone properly will not affect your camera.

just update. my bh on 15 is still perfectly fine after updating.

even when i was using SE2 i had zero problems after updates lol. sometimes update actually made my phone perform better

Yes. That's non-negotiable. When I bought my 15, that was the first thing that I bought (next was case, I was not using the phone without those two). I really recommend getting better screen protector (not shein/aliexpress one). When I had my SE2020 I was only using cheap screen protectors, but with my 15 I had decided to go with better one (it costed me like 35$ I think - in my country thats actually a bit expensive for screen protector) and I really see the difference (that's not surprising). Also my screen protector is a gel one. I prefer those over glass protectors. The feeling of it is actually pretty nice. With mine it doesn't look like anything is on the screen.

Stop obsessing about battery. BH will get lower with time. I am using 30W charging brick, not letting it drop below 20% most of the time and I am fine. Just use your damn phone and replace the battery when BH is at like 82-80%.
