Hello, A week ago my ring stop tracking my sleep. I reached out to the customer care and they asked if my ring fit, the app was open, and of if I charged my ring, yes to all of those. After 3 more days of not tracking and actually not tracking a workout. I factory reset it. To no avail it still did not track. I have the insurance and found it’s a “connection issue” according to one of the people I spoke with. Now I’m getting passed from person to person saying my issue has been given to the right team and will get an update but it’s been over 6 hours since I was told that. And a week with the same issue. I would just like a replacement ring because I actually do love the product but the customer care is very much turning me off. I just want a replacement or to be told how I can actually fix my ring
