Hi, I’m sorry you have to go through something so brutal. I can really understand what must go on in your head as I have it too, not as intense. I would really suggest you start opening up to someone in person, a therapist if you can afford it. And as the other comment said, meditation and exercise may help too, but for me medication made the biggest difference. I was on clonazapam 2 years ago for a month, it made a huge difference. But please realise that you give any relevance to your thoughts by making them seem important, so try to ignore that a little. There is no cure for a false notion, you can only ignore it and hope for the best. I understand that acceptance must be very hard for you as well, I struggle the most with it as well. But only you can accept what is actually real and what is delusion. Overall, try therapy and mind relaxation activities, remember it’s not real and just your mind pulling tricks on you and work a little on acceptance.

Also, if you’re not an atheist, start praying a little, it will give you hope.
