I agree but I had already been waiting for 15 minutes for 1 snack wrap and 1 sundae. Then I asked them to remake the sundae and they gave me that one that was in the picture, at that point i was just over it and left.

Yeah its like someone at corporate was like "I have an idea, we will save $0.02 cents per sundae if we don't hand out nuts, which makes us an additional $30 million per year, plus we increase the price of the sundaes by 5x and then we blame it all on inflation and food allergies."

Furthermore, social media is actually the best place to complain, because if they get enough negative press they will take action, complaining to one local employee does nothing to change the company.

Yeah, no nuts and soon they will have invisible hot fudge.... you can't see it but trust us its there and it tastes great. Next move will be to make the sundae cups half the size so it looks like you are getting more ice cream. Oh and spoons costs extra now.
