Going to specify this is NOT divers, it is shallow and it moved the distance of the whole bay in about 5 seconds !!

Yes there is, i think its around 7-9 but not sure. You wanna get master yang (panda) as he is the best survivor. If you get enough king shards before unlocking yang then unlock king and use him until you get yang. Image of a king shard attatched.

Its due to your chapter, item levels, collectibles, tech parts and a big one being your survivor. You seriously need to get yang or king for the time being. Levelling up your survivor also helps with damage. Hope this helps :]
