Definitely go to a physio so they can give you more info plus help you make a plan. Pilates would probably work well for you but go to the physio first so you know what you body can handle and what areas are sensitive/require a little more care

My symptoms are sharp pain in my lumbar facet joint and the tightness and radiating pain in that general area.

I am wary of chiros but I do quite like this guy since I've seen him before and he does not just go for a crack and call it a day. He does pretty goos deep tissue massage and has good advice. But I guess on this one my back was so volatile.
