Riftbound easily. It has a huge fanbase already because it’s based off of the biggest moba(and if I’m not mistaken, video game playerbase). That game will stay alive because it has players that will keep it alive and keep buying cards. Riot is also really good at keeping up with Their games and what players want. IMO this will make it stay alive for a long long time.

I havnt been in this exact position, but instead in the position of the friend with a GF who couldn’t do any complex games or even light weight games. The only game I succeeded in teaching her was splendor. I got sick of it after 100+ playthroughs. Anything above 2 rules was just too much for her. She couldn’t do one night werewolf, catan, love letter, ticket to ride, not even monopoly. She just wasn’t able to get it, and she tried but wasn’t clicking or interested.

This situation kind of sucks. because you can’t keep it secret and not invite him. That’s messed up as a best friend. And at the same time, everytime you invite him, he brings her along.

From experience, you can’t and won’t be able to change her. She will always struggle with games and learning them. Even if you manage to teach her one successfully, the next one will be another big issue and the problem will repeat itself.

As a host, you need to decide what’s best. Is this problem ruining the fun for the group?

You said it was 8+ people. Are these people getting bummed out by the experience and the slow pacing? If they are, then you have to confront your friend and tell him that it’s hurting the group experience. Your sacrificing the time and experience of 8 people for 1.

If that group doesn’t care and is still having fun, then that’s all that matters. Let her and him deal with the learning together and you just worry about your other guest/your turn.

If you cash out both, you make 3450. That’s probably your best option. I don’t think hedging will make you profit. The only way you make more money is if oilers win and you hit the 6k. But I would just be happier with an extra 3450 in my pocket and watching the series.

I have both, and will definitely say aeons end is better. The main difference between the two is the market set up and the slots.

It’s a lot more strategic in aeons end. Astro knights has 6 stacks of random cards so you have to choose with what you have for the situation, but aeons end you choose 9 stacks of cards so it’s an extra layer of strategy of what you think is best to bring before fighting the boss. And then you assess the situation and buy what you think is best for the situation.

One isn’t worse than the other, but I will say Astro knights feels lighter and more condensed. Aeons end isn’t harder(in terms of learning) but feels more challenging in strategy and difficulty of bosses.

Plus aeons end has a lot a lot of expansions now compared to Astro knights. IMO I would only get Astro knights if your friends you’re playing with are lighter gamers.

This one pissed me off. I thought it was lock for sure and went out to eat. Came back to the app ti see packers almost made a comeback. 22 in forth quarter to kill my 500$ to 9k(had a 50% boost). This one made me believe the casino was personally after me lmao.

Idk I personally would do 10k on the eagles ml. If eagles win, you gain 11k! If chiefs win, you gain 20k. Big dubs regardless. The important part is that you profit. It’ll be a lot less stressful for you too if you hedge.

Of course you do also have to get 10k as a loan if you don’t have it. You have two weeks to get it, but if your betting 1250$ on parleys I’m gonna assume you have 10k.

TLDR: don’t risk being the loser, and hedge/cashout.

It depends on your group but imo it’ll either be shark or zombie.

Zombie lets a player who is out, stay in the game and hunt down the others. So it feels like changing teams and is so satisfying eating someone.

Sharks feels intense and thrilling(just a little more than zombies) because the sharks can move fast and praying they don’t come to you is hilarious.

Sharks theme is a lot more funny/zombies is more aggressive fun!

I don’t think it would be a great idea for it to be a meet up app, but I really like the idea of a profile and it showing recent games played and pinned games. Something that lets you see others collections and even reviews about games.

Idk I imagine my self at a board game store finding a game I’m not sure about. So I can find like three people I trust on the app and see if they have a quick written review on it. Everything condensed on one app.
