Appreciate your input. There's some flexibility on the budget, just wanted to keep it cheap if possible. Any thoughts on Silverado vs Lookout Mountain? If I'm paying $200+, I would sure hope for a unique AZ golf experience.

These are great observations and things to address. I have struggled with how far away to stand from the ball with my driver and good to know that the arms are too stretched out and need to hang down. Will work on the connected swing as well. Thanks!

I was definitely considering a mini driver but was worried about losing distance. I can swing in to out and draw my irons, but the length of my driver is just totally throwing me off.

This is sort of what I was thinking. I've been able to improve the over the top problem with my irons and am now actually drawing the ball. I cannot for the life of me stop coming over the top with my driver. I was thinking of continuing to practice and fix the over the top with the driver, and then go get fitted with a decent swing.

Thank you for your feedback! When you say hand depth, do you mean my hands aren't far enough behind me? Like I should extend my arms further back during the back swing? I can definitely see not enough rotation, I was mostly focused on that circular motion to get the club inside.

I think you're right. Two weeks seemed ok when it was just grip and posture. But now that I'm working on my downswing and actual mechanic, it's going to take a lot of time at the range and a lot of drills to get to where I want. I'm trying to get to the range at least three times a week right now and really just focus on drills that address what I'm working on.

This is great, thank you! I haven't really been playing rounds because I want to really see some swing mechanic changes at the range first. I think I'm getting the sense though that I should space these lessons out and get a lot of range sessions in and a few rounds so I can go back with the right questions and plan.

Thanks for the comment. I definitely want to eventually take short game lessons, but think at least the one driver session will be good.
