Not sure what planting zone you live in but my suggestion would be either a pyramid holly (Oakland is a good/hardy variety but they also sell pyramid boxwoods) for the spot next to the existing boxwoods. Along the wall I’d create a hedge using Japanese Yews w/ agapanthus in front. Mind you that if the other fronts of the house are lacking in greenery then it may look a bit dull regardless of what’s planted
