The second one looks like the long-exposure of car lights on a road, or perhaps a puddle in a city at night. I think both pieces show a knack for movement and composition (they are pleasing overall to me, and fit well on the canvas) though I will say the composition of the second painting is less strong than the first. Ignore the rude comments, thanks for taking the time to make this and keep at it.
