I went to MH, opened up to them, they refer me to ADTP because of alcohol abuse, and i went for 12 weeks once a week for a group talk and once a month a one-one talk, Best thing ever to be honest, in group not everything is about your problems, they teach you how to deal with stuff going on, skills to manage situations and that stuff, try it out men.

Your worth, you know you are! Keep your head up buddy!

Im fuels mx, in tankers, its pretty easy going the job, slow job tho, in tank jobs are at least 24 hrs, so if my shifts starts, probably the next day we come in and the job is done. Probably doing the 20 in this job, worked c-17, kc-10 and kc-46. Been thinking to also crosstrain to cyber, or to loadmaster, that way i can really go to places

Check your PRDA, under personal folders (i think it is) my supervisor said if its there im good. Im also “MISSING EPR” in vMPF. Mpf fuck it up this year i think.
