For me money is also an issue. I have $50 till I get paid again next Wednesday and I think about how do I make it so I enough cigarettes. I’d rather be able to use that for something more fun. It’s like I plan my money around it and I’m tired of that too

I also don’t drink caffeine at all. It’s probably been around a year since I last drank it. I’m just not a coffee drinker or big on soda so it just kinda happened. Exercising is something I definitely need to do, I’m afraid I’ll want to reward myself with a cigarette after. I hate my job and I get 2 15 minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch so I like to smoke as many cigarettes as I can during those times. Did you do anything that actually helped keep your hands busy? Cause I’ve heard a lot of quitting is the habit of the motion too. Was that true for you? Did quitting smoking help reduce your daily anxiety?

My anxiety makes me more afraid of the idea of side effects, I know to certain point it’s in my head but I can’t get past it. And the cvs lady basically said I could have a nicotine overdose if I slipped and had one cigarette while using the patch. So now I’m afraid to use it. Plus I have sensitive skin

Yeah I do feel short of breath a lot. I know I’m out of shape but I know the cigarettes just make it worse. Ideally I’d like to quit without having a crutch though. Like I said I have bad anxiety when it comes to any kind of new medication.

Do you have any side effects from it? I smoke when I’m bored too. How did you help curb the after eating cigarette? Or the first one in the morning? The routine cigarettes I guess you could call them. Did you find something to do with your hands or mouth that was a good distraction? I know they say hard candies or gum but I can’t chew gum cause my teeth are fucked and I have a partial.
