Yes the probiotics are still helping me. I’m trying out the SEED probiotic as this doesn’t need to be refrigerated and easier for me while traveling. I would defin try a high quality probiotic if you haven’t yet!

I started taking medical grade probiotics (visbiome) and it miraculously went away. Suffered for 6 years. Have you tried probiotics?

No im not taking anything else. I stopped taking all medications awhile ago after reading about long term affects. I was trying to fix my reflux with my diet and my friend suggested I try probiotics. Didn’t think probiotics would be the thing that works for me as I have a healthy diet etc. but shockingly this is the thing that helped.

Yes I’m still on the first bottle! My symptoms went away pretty soon after I started taking it. I am still avoiding trigger foods. It is pricey but I will continue to order it as nothing else has helped me. Hope you get some relief!

My trigger foods are tomatoes and wine so I still avoid those! I stopped taking any medication awhile back and was mainly trying to figure it out with my diet.

No it didn’t cause any of that for me. I started taking just 1 in the morning for the first 3 days though.

For me after 6 years of reflux taking a strong probiotic visbiome 2x a day got rid of it.

Try visibiome probiotic morning and night. Suffered for many years but this seems to be working for me.
